Ingredients

2 hrs in the oven
2 servings
  • 700 gramspork ribs
  • 2 tbspjerk spice
  • Juice of a lime or lemon
  • 2 tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • 5 tbspbrown sugar
  • 300 mlpineapple juice
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

2 hrs in the oven
  1. 1

    Set the oven to 180 degrees! Take a bowl add the spice the stir in the vinegar to make a paste!
    Then add the pineapple juice, lemon and salt and pepper!

    Add the sugar and stir until it’s dissolved.

    Put the ribs into a large casserole dish. Pour on the marinade.

    Turn them over covering them in the mixture.

    Place on a lid ! Put a lid on the pot or tin foil, place into the oven turning them halfway through! Garnish with chives and chilli!
