If you want to maintain nutrition of any dish, make it simple. - This is my funda. This recipe is simple yet very tasty.

Soak the moong for overnight. Wash it next day and keep it ready. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add chopped garlic, turmeric, asfoitida and freshly grounded green chillies and ginger. Saute for some time.

Add moong, salt and some water. Cover it and cook on low flame till moong is soft. Sprinkle with some fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
