Ingredients

45 minutes
1 person
  • 225 gpotato
  • 30 gcheese
  • 1onion
  • 50 gmushroom
  • 3 tspsalt
  • 4 tsppepper
  • 3 sprigsfresh rosemary
  • 3 sprigsthyme
  • 200 mlbeef stock

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut your potatoes and par boil them for 4 minutes

  2. 2

    Get your potatoes in the oven at 190c for 45 minutes turning every now and then

  3. 3

    Fry onion and mushroom for 5 minutes, add beef stock, thyme and rosemary and simmer for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Transfer gravy to a blender and blend until smooth

  5. 5

    Serve chips, with gravy and cheese
