Ingredients

45 minutes
2 people
  • 1 cupdhokla batter
  • 3 tbsp pesto sauce made of basil garlic n olive oil
  • 3 tbsproasted mixed veg of your choice onion, corn capsicum,
  • as neededFew sliced of sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1 चम्मच Mixed herbs, oregano, chilli flakes
  • As neededFew rings of pickled olives
  • 2 cubesprocessed cheese

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Steam a roundel of dhokla batter for pizza base
    You can do thin or thick as per choice

  2. 2

    Grease it with butter

  3. 3

    Put base in a pan.
    Spread pesto sauce all over.

  4. 4

    Grate cheese, sprad roasted mixed veg as topping, grate cheese again.

  5. 5

    Spread olives all round
    Sprinkle mixed herbs n chilli flax

  6. 6

    Cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till cheese melts

  7. 7

    Enjoy delicious healthy base pizza
