Easy peasy recipe loved by children as well as adults.

Prepare your madeleines tin, and set it aside. Mash your banana in a bowl and then add the remaining ingredients. Combine to a smooth batter and let it set for about 20 minutes.

Preheat your oven at 180 C / gas mark 4. Place your batter in the moulds 3/4 of the way up and Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve them by dipping in melted white chocolate.
