A restaurant style chicken gravy rich in itself with few ingredients. The taste is just awesome can be enjoyed with roti naans or parathas and also with rice.

Marinate chicken for at least 15 min

Dry roast all the dry ingredients saunf, dhaniya, zeera, dry red chilli, cloves, cinnamon, cardomon black pepper corns and grind it into powder keep aside

Make onion paste. Now into a pot add oil and put the onion paste turn till slight golden now add ginger garlic paste n green chilli paste saute and add on the chicken

Now add haldi, the grunded spices powder add curd coook until the chicken is tender.

Now add the cashew powder adjust the consistency and finaaly aad fresh cream and kasuri methi. Garnish it with coriander and cahsew enjoy it hot.
