Cardamom is that spice which is used as flavour agent to many dessert dishes. Also used as khada masala in many gravy.

Cardamom is that spice which is used as flavour agent to many dessert dishes. Also used as khada masala in many gravy.

Take butter and add powder sugar. Mix well with beater or whisker.

Then sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda & mix it with butter, powder sugar mixture.

Add curd & milk in it. Mix it well. Don't overmix. Lastly add cardamom powder & after mixing properly trasfer it to greeced tin. Decorated cake with chopped almonds, walnuts. Also Sprinkle some cardamom powder on cake.

Preheat cooker for 10 min. Then put tin in preheated cooker. Bake cake for 30 to 35 min. After 35 min. Check with toothpick or knife. If it comes clean then cake is ready.
