Sooji besan ladoo

Raisins/Kishmis- 1 tbsp
Roast Dry fruits
Sugar – 1.5 Cup - 2
To make Besan suji laddu first of all take a big bowl and 1.5 cups of besan(gram flour) and 1.5 cups of suji.

Now add 4 tbsp of ghee and mix everything well.
Now add water in batches and make a hard dough. - 4
4 to 5 tbsp – Almonds /Pistachios, Chop the almonds coarsely. Set aside.
1 tbsp – Raisins - 5
Warm the ghee on low heat.
In a bowl, sift the chickpea flour. - 6
Add the semolina and the ghee. Mix well until well combined.
Roast the mixture on low-medium - 7
Roast the mixture on low-medium heat for 10 to 15 mins.
Toss the raisins in a dash of ghee. - 8
Toast chopped almonds for 1 to 2 mins.
Remove besan mixture from heat and set aside in a bowl to cool. - 9
Now add the sugar, cardamom and half the almonds to this mixture.
Shape the mixture into small laddoos. Garnish with remaining almonds.
