First make bhaji kebab's as heat kadai add oil & butter add other ingredients expect bhaji

Now grind the Bhajji & add on kadai & roast it then bread crumbs

Now make kebab's shape & freeze it then roast it on tawa or in air fryer until it get golden crispy

Now make cauliflower paste by roast cauliflower & garlic in oil then add sauces

Now bake rotis by roll in in thin & long & cook it little bit

Now cut in centre from one side

Now apply green chutney in Portion on triangle then pizza pasta sauce then one side cauliflower paste then one side chipotle

Now on green chutney put bhaji kebab's one side salad, one side cheese

Now roll it from Bhajji side & complete till cheese & roasted it on tawas

Serve it with onion
