This is based on my mother's foil bake which had cherry tomatoes in them. I thought it would be good with just cherry tomatoes and it was delicious.

※I used miso with Japanese dashi stock. A tip would be to make sure it doesn't burn. Recipe by pampukin

Ingredients

5Cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp★ Mayonnaise
1 tsp★ Miso
1/2 tsp★ Sugar
1Parsley (optional)

Steps

Wash and remove the stalks from the tomatoes. Cut in half and place in a heat proof dish.

Mix the ★ ingredients and pour over the tomatoes

Cook in the toaster oven for 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley and it's done!
