Being a lahori I love "halwa puri" as a weekend breakfast or brunch. Poori is a popular deep fried flatbread that’s served for breakfast across Pakistan and India.I used wheat flour with plain flour for poori.

Seive flour

Add salt ghee milk and knead with warm water for 5 minutes

Grease with oil/ghee and cover with cling (I used bread packet) rest for an hour

Heat oil in a wok.Oil must be hot for frying

Make small balls and dust some flour roll out a flat bread dont roll so thin

Fry all the pooris like this press a little flip and take it out.transfer to a strainer.

Enjoy with tarkari
