Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/4Kabocha squash (Japanese pumpkin)
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 3 tbspFlour (cake flour)
  • 20 gramsButter
  • 2Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the kabocha squash for 5 minutes. or to make it into a paste.

    Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the kabocha squash paste.

    Add the cake flour, and mix well with a mixer.

  4. 4

    Put it in a preheated oven at 180℃/355℉, and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool and and it's already done!
