It is a very tasty and healthy recipe using brown rice and soya chunks.
Steps

First we have to cook the brown rice. Rinse the rice properly, combine rice, water and oil in a vessel and bring it to boil.

Cover and cook in low flame for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let it be cool.

Boil the soya chunks in water for 15 minutes, drain the water.
- 4
In a pan add oil and ghee, then add cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom, let it sizzle, then add chopped onion and saute, then add turmeric powder and saute.

Then add rice and soya chunks and mix well, add salt and mix well.
Soya pulao is ready to serve.
