Dry roast oats n make powder.

Grind moong dal with red chillies, green chillies n ginger n garlic. Mix oats powder with moong dal batter. Add salt. Add sliced onions n coriander leaves. Mix well. Take paniaram patra and grease the moulds and with a spoon of batter fill the moulds. Cover n cook on medium heat once done flip n cook till both sides r done. Serve with coconut chutney.
