Makes 150g approx

100 gbutter
50 golive oil based spread
4-5 clovesgarlic
1/2 tspdried basil
1/2 tspdried oregano
Salt and pepper
2-3 tbspolive oil

Soften the butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds

Peel, finely chop the garlic. Sprinkle it with a little coarse salt and use the side of a large cooks knife to crush to a smooth puree.

Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.
