Ingredients

  1. 600 gramsChicken breast
  2. For marinating
  3. 1 tbsp〇Mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 tsp〇Grated garlic
  5. 1 tsp〇Grated ginger
  6. 1 tbsp〇Cooking sake
  7. 1 tsp〇Soup stock granules
  8. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  9. 1〇Egg
  10. 1〇Coarsely ground black pepper
  11. 200 mlor 1 dash less Katakuriko
  12. 1Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then slice into easy-to-eat sizes by cutting on a diagonal.

    Combine the 〇 ingredients and mix in with the chicken. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.

    Put the chicken in a plastic bag, add the katakuriko, and shake! Make sure to coat the chicken pieces well.

    Like this. Heat oil to 180°C. Let the chicken sit for the flavors to meld.

    Deep fry the chicken until crispy and it's done.
