This afternoon, @JoseVillalta_520 passed me the baton for ceviche cooksnaps, and since I've never made one before, I had to dive in to see what it was, what to do, and what I had at home... Luckily, I found a canned tuna ceviche recipe that seemed delicious and easy to start with. So here is my ceviche, heavily inspired by SaritaTkt's. I didn't use tomato or cilantro like she did. You can see her recipe here: https://Cookpad.com/es/recetas/11714634-ceviche-de-atún-en-conserva-al-natural-con-mango?invite_token=Vvhc5deMfFeNEpqCUZdNqEK126shared_at=1627249816. From what I've read... apologies to the ceviche experts from America...!!! But you know what? It turned out great!!
