One of the dish enjoyed from childhood.
Steps
- 1
Separate the corns from cob,and grind it with green chilli coarsely.

Heat oil add musterd,jeera curry leaves turmeric powder and hing add corn coarse paste and mix it well.
- 3
Add salt,sugar and keep mixing in cover and cook for few minutes mix again repeat this till corn is completely cooked add lemon juice and coriander leaves and enjoy when it's hot.

It's is best made when corns are little bit dried not too fresh.
