Steps

Take a jar and 1 cup Fresh coriander,1/2 cup mint leaves, 5-6 green chilies, 1-inch ginger and add water as required, and make a fine paste.

Remove the paste to the bowl and add 1 ltr of water to a bowl.

Add 1 tsp Black salt, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, and 1/4 tsp red chili powder mix it well and add 1 tbsp Pani Puri masala or you can use Jal jeera powder or dry mango powder or chaat masala mix it well. Then add 1/4 tsp hing, 3 lemon juice mix well

Then add 3 tbsp boondi.

Chopped boiled potatoes and add 1 tsp red chili powder and 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp dry mango powder and fresh coriander and mix it well.
