Soak rice for 30 minutes.

Chop Onions.

Slice the tomatoes.

Cut chillies into 2 parts.

Boil mutton with salt and black pepper till tender.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry onions and ginger garlic till onion is light brown.

Add in mutton and all spices.

Bhoono all well.

Add in rice.

Cook till water dries up.

When water dries,add in chillies and tomatoes.

Cook covered on dum for 12-15 minutes.

Serve with raita and salad.
