Heat oil in kadhai add jeera and onion.soute for 5 minutes.

Pour to tomato puree and stir it for 5 minutes.

Add all masslas, ginger garlic paste mix it and let it cook. You see that oil releases from sides.

Add corn in it and half cup water and cook it for five minutes.

Now add fresh malai and mix it well.

Now add pieces of capsicum and kasoori methi in it. And cook it.

Cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Ready to serve in roti, paratha, kulcha, rice.
