Steps

Wash and clean the meat nicely and dry with kitchen towel.

Prick the meat with fork and tie with thread.

Place the meat in big bowl or box and add salt, pepper,qalmi shora,brown sugar,spread all over and also add cinnamon stick,water and vinegar mix well and cover the box and keep it in fridge.

Next day takeout the box from fridge and prick again from both sides and mix well and put it back in the fridge.

Repeat this for 4-5 more days.

After 6-7 days put beef in the pot or cooker add more water and cook for 45-50 min or until meat will tender.

Now take out the beef remove the thread and wrap it in almunium foil and prick it with sticks.

Bake it in preheat oven at 180 c for 30 min and than take out from oven.

In a bowl melt butter and add black pepper and mix well brush it over the beef bake again for 15 min.
