Chicken Tsukune Dumplings with Firm Tofu

If there are tofu burgers, there should be tofu tsukune as well?
Reduce the sauce as much as you like!
When mixing up the tsukune mixture, if you don't want to use your hands, mash up the tofu first using a whisk, then mix the chicken and other ingredients using the measuring spoon you used!
About 1/3 of the tofu will be left over, so use it for chilled tofu dishes, or add it to miso soup! Recipe by Chaaa

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the ground chicken, tofu (no need to drain it), onion and ◉ ingredients. Mix well!
- 2
Combine the ◎ ingredients.
- 3
Divide the meat-tofu mixture and form into patties of the size you like! If it sticks to your hands, use water or oil on your hands to prevent that! Brown both sides and then cover with a lid to steam cook!
- 4
When the burgers are cooked, add the combined sauce ingredients to the frying pan! Coat the burgers with the sauce while cooking over medium heat to reduce the sauce! I cook the burgers until the sauce is almost gone.
- 5
Serve and you're done! Add lettuce or sesame seeds or dried parsley etc. to taste.

Chicken Tsukune Dumplings Chicken Tsukune Dumplings
The chicken tsukune that is served at a restaurant called Japanzu in Tottori City is delicious. I wanted to try recreating it, so we could indulge in lots of them. I asked the restaurant owner, and he said they use special free-range chicken from Kyushu.Be sure to rub the onions with salt very well and tightly squeeze out the excess moisture to soften them up. Otherwise you'll end up with tsukune with a strange texture. Also try to knead the meat mixture together well. Recipe by Kuni cookpad.japan -

Chicken Tsukune Patties for Bento Chicken Tsukune Patties for Bento
I made at home the frozen chicken tsukune patties that I normally buy at a store. The tsukune patties will be cold and tough by the time you eat it for lunch, so I added some silken tofu thinking that it might make the patties a little softer. The top picture is before they were frozen. The reheated chicken patties lose the thickness in the sauce, but the taste has soaked into it.(If you have time in the morning, make a small amount of sauce and apply it onto the heated chicken patties if you like.) Tofu and Ground Chicken Shumai Dumplings Tofu and Ground Chicken Shumai Dumplings
Thank you for taking a look at my recipe.I love juicy pork shumai dumplings as well as sweet shrimp shumai dumplings, but in the pursuit of making something that was as healthy as possible, I wanted to make tofu shumai dumplings too. These are low in calories, have no added oil and are good for you. It's important to drain the tofu well to start.I made them bigger than the usual shumai dumplings.I used wonton wrappers this time, but if you use shumai wrappers instead, you will need to 25 to 30.These are "hana-shumai" (flower shaped shumai - the shredded wrappers look like petals) so they're easy to form. I didn't have enough ground meat... but I remembered I had tofu, so I prepared this! We also like to put tofu into hamburger patties.Use carrots, shiitake mushrooms or whatever vegetables you like.
