Ingredients

  1. 1 blockDefrosted frozen firm tofu
  2. 1/2Onion (finely chopped)
  3. 1 tbsp☆ Soy sauce, mirin, sugar, mayonnaise
  4. 1 tsp☆ Miso, oyster sauce, powdered chicken soup stock
  5. 3 cmGrated ginger (or tubed ginger)
  6. 1Sesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the tofu and then mash it by hand until it's crumbly.

  2. 2

    Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the onion. Add in the tofu next and stir fry it as well.

  3. 3

    Once everything is coated in oil, season with the ☆ ingredients. Then finally season with salt, and it's done! ♪ Adjust the seasonings to your tastes.

  4. 4

    I like eating soboro on piping hot rice, topped with mayonnaise (which raises the calorie count) and nori seaweed! ♡
