Curry with La France Pear

I added La France pears in the fruits curry that I always make. It was slightly sweet and delicious.
I didn't use meat to the curry but if you prefer, you could replace the soy beans with meat. Recipe by Madomodan

Steps
- 1
Cut the la france pear, banana, onion and garlic finely and put all ingredients except for the Japanese curry roux in a pressure cooker.
- 2
Cook over medium heat. When the pressure is on, turn down to low for 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave it alone until the pressure reduces naturally.
- 3
Open the lid and add the curry roux. Stir slowly to dissolve. Once it has dissolved, simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 4
My pressure cooker can hold up to 2 liters.
