The simple bhindi aloo ki sabji tastes yummilicious when it's cooked using little besan.
Steps

In a kadhai take oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it. When mustard seeds crackles add the chopped onion and cook for a while. When it turns pinkish add asafoetida.

Now add the besan and roast it properly in the kadhai till it leaves an aroma and changes color.

Now add all the dry spices to the kadhai and mix well.

Now add the chopped potatoes and bhindi to the kadhai. Mix well.

Cover half with the lid and cook till done.

Serve the ready sabji with roti or paratha.
