  1. 300 gAsparagus
  2. 100 gBaby Bella Mushroom
  3. 6gloves fresh Garlic
  4. 1 tbspOlive oil
  5. 1 tbspunsalted Butter
  6. 2 tspSea Salt
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse all vegetables. Chop garlic and mushrooms in slices, cut asparagus in 2-inch length.

    Bring a pan, add olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and fry until fragrant.

    Add mushrooms and 1 tsp salt, stir fry until dried up and brown.

    Melt butter in and add asparagus, over high heat stir fry for 5 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
