Cook rice-
Start 3 cup of jasmine rice in your rice cooker. - 2
Mix Mayo-
Zest and quarter lime.
Roughly chop cilantro.
In small bowl combine mayo and sriracha. - 3
Cook pork-
Heat drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add pork and a big pinch of salt, cook until brown and break meat up.
Stir in shredded carrots, 5 tbsp sesame dressing, 5 tbsp sweet soy glaze, and 1 tsp sugar.
Cook until carrots are softened, pork is cooked through, and sauce is thickened.
Season with salt and pepper. - 4
Serve-
Fluff rice with a fork and stir in lime zest and 2 tbsp butter, season with salt and pepper.
Divide rice between bowls, top with pork mixture, cilantro, spicy mayo, and a squeeze of lime.
