Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  • 500 gboiled beans
  • 1 cupdessicated coconut
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1bell pepper, chopped
  • Dhania
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3 TBScooking oil
  • Other spices (optional)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry onions and garlic to golden brown then add tomatoes with bell pepper

  2. 2

    Cook till ready to add beans with Coconut. Mix then add salt with 1/2 cup water.

  3. 3

    Cover to cook for 5 mins. Then serve. Sprinkle some dhania on top to plate.

  4. 4

    Serve with chapatis or rice.
