Old man have a great tomato production during summer and we try to come up with new ways to keep up with it :)

Peel and chop the tomatos and use a large bowl so the juice doesn't go to waste

Add the salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano and mix it well for it to spread evenly within the salad (the amounts are according to the taste of the ones they're going to eat)

Add the cheese powder on top and serve
- 4
