Steps

Heat oil in a kadai. Add Caraway Seeds and Cubeb pepper. Saute for a minute. Now add chopped Onion followed by the powdered spices. Saute it all on a low flame.
After about 5-6 minutes, add boneless Chicken to it. - 2
Mix well and also add chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves. Also add slit Green Chillies according to one's own taste. Stir in Salt as well. Cover and cook on a low to medium high heat until done.

The meat should be perfectly done and not raw. Check for the spices and adjust accordingly this point. Let it cool down a bit before grinding to a smooth paste.

Shape into round or oval patties and shallow fry few at a time until golden brown and crisp on both the sides.
