Today on this Rakhsabandhan festival we make this delicious sev khoya burfi for my bhai and bhabhi.

Today on this Rakhsabandhan festival we make this delicious sev khoya burfi for my bhai and bhabhi.

In a bowl take 1/4cup milk add kesar strands and keep a side.

In a kadai pour rest milk add khoya and sugar mix properly and cook 5 minutes.

Now add soaked kesar strands into milk and add unsalted sev mix properly with spatula and cook 5 minutes. Not over cook other wise it will chewy.
Add kewra essence. - 4
Grease any plate or tray with few drops of ghee spread mixture of sev and khoya and garnish with chopped dry fruit. Rest it about 3 to 4 hours.

Now cut into desired shapes and can store it in airtight container for about 3to 4 days.
