Steps

Put oil in a pan, put chopped onions in it stir fry, don't make it brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, stir it, put all masala ingredients in it add 1/2 cup water n stir well.

Add chopped tomatoes put lid and cook until it mix well.

Add all chopped vegetables except Broccoli, which will be added in the end. Put one glass water and cooked about 20 min on a low flame. When all veggie are well cooked put Broccoli and them again leave it for 10 min on a very low flame.

Serve hot with homemade chapatis, sideline achaar, Raita and salad. Enjoy
