Found a couple of bananas and decided to make a healthy dip.Well not so healthy with a little milk.
Steps

Peel and chop bananas into round slices.

Put banana slices into a bowl and mash with a spoon.

Add two and a half teaspoons or almost a tablespoon of chilled or room temperature milk preferably chilled to the banana and stir.

Then add a teaspoon of honey and mix well.

Finally leave in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours or preferably eat instantly.

Serve instantly or chilled and you can top off with strawberry or banana slices with drizzled honey. You can eat like ice cream and it's not so much of a dip.
