Boil milk until it reduce to 1 liter then add in cardamom powder and cook again

Then grind the soaked rice in half cup water and add in the milk and also add coconut and cook until thickened

Then add in sugar and mix well and cook for 10 mins

Now off the flame and let it cool at room temperature then put in freezer and garnish with coconut and almonds and serve chilled
