Ingredients

5whole Potatoes
1 cupPeas
4med Carrot
1large Onions
Spice of choice
3diced Tomatoes
1 tbspTomato paste
Stock
Oil

Steps

Fry the onions in oil till brown
2

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, spices and fry for few more minutes

Add peas and potatoes and let it cook for a while. Add carrots. Cook for 5 mins or so then add the stock
4

Let it simmer till its ready. Serve as it is or with rice/ chapati
