Steps

Grind chilies,ginger and garlic

Add oil in pan and add these ingredients cook for 2 3 min then add spices red chilli,turmeric and salt then add half cup water

Cut vegetables like this

Now add carrots,potatoes and peas mix well cover lid until vegetables are soft

When vegetables are soft add cauliflower,cumin powder and coriander powder and some ginger mix well cover lid until cauliflower is soft

And butter

Mix and done
