  • Say sauces
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Orange jus
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Bell peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend onions, garlic, ginger, bell peppers with oil.

  2. 2

    Add say sauces and orange jus then blend again.

  3. 3

    Add salt and honey.

  4. 4

    Rub your marination on your Mbuzi then put it inside a fridge over night.

  5. 5

    Grill your Mbuzi on a low heat.
