Use a large saucepan. Turn on medium heat. Add dashi, mirin, soy sauce and brown sugar. Bring it to boil.

Sauté the onion until tender and translucent.

Add beef. Cook until they turn light brown. Remove the excessive foam and fat before it’s done.

Serve with steamed rice and onsen tamago(soft-cooked egg). Finally, Sprinkle the green onion and sesame just before serving.
