Ingredients

12 muffins
  1. Dry Ingredients
  2. 1 1/2 cups (180 g)all-purpose flour or cake flour
  3. 1 tspbaking soda optional
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 60 g(brown) sugar - can skip or reduce if banana is sweet
  6. 1 tspcinnamon powder optional
  7. Wet Ingredients
  8. 3-5ripe bananas🍌
  9. 1egg 🥚
  10. 1/3 cup (75 g)melted butter or coconut oil
  11. Vanilla essence optional
  12. Optional
  13. 60 gchocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and cinnamon powder.

    In another bowl, mashed the bananas. Add egg, butter/oil and vanilla essence. Mix.

    Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Whisk or fold using spatula. Add chocolate chips. Do not over mix.

  4. 4

    Put into muffin cups. Add more chocolate chips on top. Bake at 180°C-200°C for 20-25 minutes.
