Popular traditional delicious creamy Indian dessert Shrikhand made from hung curd, sugar powder and flavoured with Kesar Mango pulp .

Steps

Grind kesar mango pieces (keep few pieces aside for garnish) and sugar powder together in mixer jar to make pulp.

In mixing bowl add hung curd, blended sugar powder and kesar mango pulp, cardamom powder. Mix well to make smooth creamy mixture.

Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with kesar mango pieces and pistachio flakes. Chill in refrigerator for atleast 1- 2 hours.

Serve Relisih Delicious Kesar Mango Shrikhand in meal with puris/ rotis, dhokla,dry potato subzi..
