Steps

Wash and soak bakchoy in salt water for 10-15 mins.Then wash again and rinse it.Wash and cut mushroom into half.

Heat wok add oil and stir fry garlic and ginger.Pour mushroom and bakchoy.

Pour oyster sauce too,then.mix and cook for two mins.

Boil water and blanch it for a minute.Then set aside
