Tried making this famous Chinese restaurant dish at home for the first time—it turned out pretty well! Now I don’t need to eat out anymore, I can make everything myself, haha.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper. Stir well, then add the green onion and oysters.

Mix everything together in the bowl until combined.

Heat a pan with a little oil. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until just cooked. Add a splash of Chinese cooking wine for extra aroma.

In another pan, heat a little oil. Once hot, add the eggs and scramble until cooked.

Add the mixture from the bowl to the pan. Stir quickly until the batter starts to set and hold together.

Mix everything well.

Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
