Soak rice for few hrs.

Mix colour in little yoghurt.

Put a cup of water,yoghurt,oil,ginger garlic,chicken and all the spices.

Cook covered till chicken is half done.

Peel and dice potatoes.

Slice the tomatoes.

Chop the coriander and mint.

Add potatoes to the chicken and stir them well.

Cook covered till chicken and potatoes are completely cooked.

Boil the rice.

Add coloured yoghurt,onion,tomatoes,plums,coriander,mint,karri leaves and ginger.

Do not stir them.

Cover with rice.

Cook covered on dum for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot.
