Caprese-Style Tomato and Avocado Cold Pasta

The basil that I was growing on my balcony was ready to harvest I got a hint from my favourite Caprese, and added avocado which goes well with it, then I made cold spaghetti.
Please use ripe tomato and avocado. When the preparation for the sauce is done (Step 3), start cooking the pasta, then you will have enough time to chill the vegetables and can enjoy cold pasta. It's better if you can chill the plate as well ahead of time. Recipe by Usagi no Cima

Tomato and Mozzarella Chilled Pasta Tomato and Mozzarella Chilled Pasta
I made a chilled pasta with tomatoes and mozzarella, a combination that I absolutely love.By rubbing the tomatoes with salt, it will dry out the excess moisture and bring out the sweet umami flavor. This time, I used "Momotaro" tomatoes, but if you use juicy fruit tomatoes, you won't have to go through the trouble of salting them.I tend to use capellini, which is thinner than spaghetti. This way of preparing the tomatoes is one of many things I learned at a cooking class from an Italian chef. I wanted to come up with a way to make my favorite kind of pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella without having to use expensive fruit tomatoes.By rubbing the tomatoes with the salt, the excess moisture is dried, thus bringing out the sweet umami flavor. This time, I used "Momotaro" tomatoes., but if you use fruit tomatoes, you won't have to go through the trouble of salting them first, since they'll be sweet enough.I used 1.4 mm thick spaghetti and boiled for 5 minutes. Delicious Cold Pasta with Tomato and Tuna Delicious Cold Pasta with Tomato and Tuna
I like eating tomatoes with ponzu and sesame oil, so I used them to make a pasta. It's refreshing so you can eat a lot of tomatoes in this dish. It became a perfect pasta for summer, so I uploaded the recipe. This is a recent favourite of mine.*I used 1.4 mm thick pasta this time. Thin pasta is recommended.Marinate a tomato in the ingredients and let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. It increases the sweetness and umami. If you don't have time, you can mix the marinade with pasta right away. Recipe by Komomomomo cookpad.japan -
