Cooking Instructions
- 1
Soak the sliced onion in water, and drain well on kitchen paper. *You can sprinkle it with salt and massage the onion when you don't have much time, but try not to use too much salt.
- 2
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. Cut half of the flesh and tomato into bite-sized pieces, and combine with the onion from Step 1 and B ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
- 3
Put the other half of the avocado flesh into a bowl, and roughly mash with the back of a fork.
- 4
Add all of the A ingredients to Step 3, and mix well. *If you massaged the onion with salt in Step 1, drain well, and add to this bowl.
- 5
If you check the taste in Step 4, you might think it's too salty. But it will be just right after mixing with cooked pasta.
- 6
Prepare a bowl of ice water.
- 7
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water with the appropriate amount of salt. Cook 30 seconds more than the instruction on the package. Cool under cold running water.
- 8
Add the pasta into the bowl of ice water from Step 6 to cool completely. Drain well. *After draining in a sieve, lightly squeeze out the liquid from the pasta with a paper towel for better results.
- 9
Add the well-drained pasta into Step 4, and mix together. Have a taste, and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- 10
Serve Step 9 on a plate, add Step 2 on top, and it's done. You can sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper to finish.
- 11
This is a very healthy, chilled pasta in avocado sauce and with lots of avocado on top. You don't need salad with this dish.

This recipe is good with chicken or prawns. Season chicken or prawns with salt and pepper, drizzle white wine, and steam in the microwave. Try your own variations.

I made this chilled pasta because I had an extra avocado on hand. I used Cappellini, which cooks quickly. The sauce does not have the distinct smell of soy milk, so it should be fine for those who dislike soy milk.Adjust the flavor with salt if needed. The wasabi adds an accent to the dish, but it's fine to omit it. Recipe by Uiui cookpad.japan -

Chilled Avocado Cream Pasta Chilled Avocado Cream Pasta
I really like avocado and wondered if I could use it in a tasty pasta dish. This is what I came up with.Make sure you check the taste of the creamy marinade. Adjusting the saltiness is very important. The cream has a mild flavor, so flavor the marinade well. There's a large amount of ingredients, so I used 60-80 g of pasta. You can change the method or the seasonings as you like. Recipe by Donpintan cookpad.japan -
Chilled Pasta with Avocado and Basil Sauce Chilled Pasta with Avocado and Basil Sauce
I love pasta with avocado and basil sauce, but over the years, since the flavor has gotten a bit overpowering, I've been adding lemon juice; But adding ponzu brought the flavors together and it was tasty The tartness of the tomatoes is also a perfect match. I use my own recipe for the basil sauce.Adjust the amount of basil sauce to taste. Since the flavor of store-bought basil sauce varies, you may need to add more flavor with grated cheese and a pinch of consommé stock granules. It's also tasty if you chop up a small pat of cream cheese and mix it into the pasta. Recipe by putimiko cookpad.japan -

Avocado Cream Pasta with Umeboshi Pickled Plums Avocado Cream Pasta with Umeboshi Pickled Plums
I got a request to make a cream pasta using avocado, so I made this recipe.I wanted some kind of accent to the taste so I added umeboshi. The sauce in Step 2 will boil away, so watch the timing of the pasta and make the sauce accordingly.I thought the amount of avocado might be too much but I thought it was better to use a whole than to leave half. Maybe one avocado is good for 3 servings. Recipe by Orange Day cookpad.japan -
