Turn the instant pot on sauté mode. Add the oil and wait until this heats up. Add mustard seeds and wait for these to pop. Once popped add cumin seeds, curry leaves and chopped onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add minced chillies, ginger and garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the tin of chopped tomatoes followed by the spices. Keep stirring for 5 minutes. Add the tin of kidney beans and mix. I had some sweetcorn leftover so threw this in also but you don’t have to add this if you don’t have
