Wash and cut all veggies with salt and keep aside, bitter leaf and Ugu together, water leaf in a different bowl.

Pour your cut onions and your spices into the pot and fry until Golden brown,then add in your grinded pepper,fry for 3minutes, and add your already cooked meat, ponmo,dryfish and stire well close the pot lid and cook for another 3minutes.

Add in your Ugu leaf, crayfish and bitter leaf cook for 5minutes then add in your seasoning, and soy sauce, and any other fresh spices

Served with any swallow of your choice or white rice, etc

Add in the water leaf,Let the soup cook until all the liquid is almost dried up.
