Steps

Mix all ingredients except for flour while stirring.

Gradually add the flour to your mixture while mixing till you end up with a sticky dough.

Knead and transfer the dough to a clean work surface and add 1 tsp oil to the dough.

Knead dough until soft and stretchy.

Put dough into an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it to rise for 40 minutes.

Punch down the dough then fold/ roll into a log shape

Slice log into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

Grease your baking sheet with oil and place the balls.
Press them lightly as you place to make the balls into a bun shape. - 9
Cover with cloth and let rise for 40 minutes.

Brush tops with 2 tbsp milk + 1/2 tsp sugar, then sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional)

Bake for 15 minutes in 190 degrees preheated oven.

Brush tops with butter.
Cover with cloth for 15 minutes. - 13
Ready to serve.
