  • 300 GMsgrated tapioca
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/4 spoonfennel seeds
  • 1/2 spoonblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredCurry leaves chopped coriander leaves
  • 1small pcs ginger
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 50 GMsrice flour

    1. Grind coarsely urad dal with ginger, garlic, pepper then add the grated tapioca transfer in a bowl add the onion, rice flour, black pepper, curry leaves and coriander

    , salt mix well and rest it 5 mints the fry in any oil I used coconut oil(very crispy) tasty a different variety in tapioca
